2 cups boiling water
1 cup rolled oats
1 pkg dry yeast
l tbsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. molasses
1 egg
l t. vinegar
2 c. whole wheat flower
4 to 5 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal in large bowl. Let cool to lukewarm..Add yeast to the warm water. When dissolved, add to lukewarm oatmeal mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Knead until smooth and elasstic. Let rise until doubled. Punch down Make into 2 or 3 loaves using loaf pans. Let rise again and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
