1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tin chicken broth or 1 tin cream style corn
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley flakes
6 cups coarse bread crumbs
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup butter to drizzle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add broth,water,poultry seasoning, salt and pepper and parsley. Stir and bring to a boil. Add bread crumbs, mix and then add beaten egg and mix well. Scoop into balls and bake in roaster or muffin pans. Pour butter over. Bake 350ºF for 30 minutes. Make 18 balls.
