2 lbs of mushrooms white button or crimi mushrooms washed

1 stick or 1/2 cup butter (the real thing)
3/4 teas Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Burgundy or other red wine
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 Cup boiling water

2 chicken boulon cubes or 2 teas Better Than Bouillon Chicken
2 beef bouillon cubes or 2 teas Better Than Bouillon Beef

1/2 teasp dill seed or dill
4 cloves peeled garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Leave mushrooms whole. Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot or crock pot. Stir. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer covered 6-8 hours or overnight.
Remove lid and continue simmering an additional 3 hours. Add 1 teaspoon salt (more or less) to taste. The mushroom will be very dark in color.
