1 cup milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
4 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, over low heat, stir cream cheese to melt. Blend in milk.Stir in seasonings. Mash potatoes slightly with potato masher. Add to cheese mixture and stir well. Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
This dish will hold well at a low temperature if necessary. Can also be cooked in crock pot.
