1 9" unbaked Pastry Shell
16 oz can Pumpkin
14 oz Sweeten Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 co Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients except shell
3. Pour mix into shell
4. Bake 15 minutes
5. Reduce heat to 350 & bake for 35 minutes
6. Let cool & serve

If you have any left over mix you can add self rising flour
Enough flour for mixature to be medium in thickness
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until middle is cooked
Poke a fork in center & should come out clean
