1/2 large Onion sliced
1 loaf Italian Bread
5 tbsp Vinegar Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
1/4 lb Provolone Cheese
1/4 lb Salami
1/4 lb Honey Ham
1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce
1/2 cp Pickled Pepperoncini
2 Tomatoes sliced thinly
1 1/2 tsp Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak onion slices in cold water for 15 minutes
2. Slice bread length wise
3. Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive oil over bottom half of bread
4. Season with salt & pepper
5. Layer meat & cheese on bottom half
6. Remove Onion from water & Pat dry
7. Top meat with onion, lettuce, Pepperoncini and tomatoes
8. Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive oil over veggies
9. Sprinkle oregano on
10. Drizzle remaining Olive oil over top half bread; then place on top of sandwich
11. Cut into 4 pieces
