1 bunch of kale
1 cucumber
1 lemon
5 green apples
1 piece of ginger
Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash all of the produce.
2. Core the apples.
3. Turn on juicer and put the produce in ( use this order):
kale
ginger
lemon
cucumber
apples
4. Stir the juice and enjoy!
( Best if consumed within 48 hours)
