¼ c. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 package chocolate cake mix, dry (add ¼ c. flour for high altitude)
white sparkle gel (buy he cake decorating supplies. I used brown)
Chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend together butter, cream cheese and egg. Add the cake mix and blend well. Measure out about a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a log shape. Roll log over chocolate chips and peanuts if desired. Form logs into poop shapes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 7-9 minutes. Cool completely on a cooling rack. When cooled, brush sparkle gel all over the cookie with a pastry brush
