1 (12 oz. bag / 2 c.) good-quality semisweet chocolate chips
2 oz. (about ⅓ c.) good-quality bittersweet chocolate chips
¾ c. creamy peanut butter
pinch of salt
1¼ c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dippers - fruit, cake, pretzels, cookies,etc.

Measure chocolate chips, peanut butter and salt into a small (approximately 3 qt.) crockpot. Pour heavy cream over the top. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes. Stir cover and repeat as often as necessary until the chocolate is smooth,melted and all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Stir in vanilla. Reduce heat to warm and serve with your favorite dippers.
