Gardian Beefless strips (3 packages)
1/2 cup of onions
1 teaspoon of seasoned chopped onions
1/2 cup of mixed peppers
2 garlic cloves chopped
fresh Rosemary
1 container of vegetable stock
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of oxtail/stew season
black pepper season to your liking
1 teaspoon paprika
1 table spoon of Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons of wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet with coconut oil or olive oil and add Beefless strips. Cook until its crispy. Take strips out of pan. Add your peppers & onions in pan along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of wheat flour. Whisk wheat flour into skillet until its smooth. Cook until it's brown. Add container of vegetable stock and all seasonings. Keep whisking. Cook for 2 minutes than add beefless strips. Stir until strips are covered in gravy for 10 minutes. Keep covered for 2 minutes than serve and enjoy!
