Ingredients: 2 packages of beyond meat crumble or Gardian ground crumble I box of Davinci jumbo shells(purple box) *can be purchased at Whole Foods 1 bag or container of spinach 1 container of Kite Hill ricotta *can be purchased at Whole Foods 1 bottle of Francisco Rinaldi pasta sauce(tomato basil) 1 field Roast sausage-Mexican chipotle(cut into pieces) 1 package of the smoked Gouda(grate it & use for topping) 1/2 cup of onions 1/2 cup of peppers 1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes 1/2 cup of plum tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon of turmeric black pepper to your liking a pinch of crushed red peppers-optional 3 packages of Raw sugar-optional 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning Himalayan salt to your liking

Directions:Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then coat with coconut oil or olive oil. Add beyond or gardian crumbles and field roast sausage. Cook for 10 minutes and then add peppers, onions, sundried tomatoes, garlic and all seasonings. Add spinach and plum tomatoes last. Add tomato sauce and ricotta and mix it up and turn off stove. Use a medium size pot and boil water at a medium high. Add olive oil and a pinch of salt in water. Once it comes to a boil then add your shells-Follow directions on box. Once your shells are done take above ingredients and start stuffing your shells. Once all your shells are stuffed topped them off with your smoked gouda cheese and back for 20 minutes. Take out oven, serve and enjoy! |
