2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. sugar, divided
2 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, softened
3 T. orange juice
3 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 loaf (10 3/4 oz.) pound cake cut into 1/2" cubes
3 (1 oz.) squares of semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Toss strawberries with 1/2 c. sugar and set aside.

Beat cream cheese, orange juice and remaining sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream; set aside.

Drain strawberries, reserving juice; set the berries aside. Gently toss cake cubes with the reserved juice. Place 1/2 of the cake in a trifle dish or serving bowl. Top with 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture, half of the strawberries and 1/2 of the grated chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
