2 packages of beyond meat crumble or Gardian ground crumble
1 box of wheat Ziti noodles
1 bag or container of spinach
1 bottle of Francisco Rinaldi pasta sauce (tomato basil)
1 field Roast sausage-Mexican chipotle (cut into pieces)
1 can of fresh dices tomatoes
1/2 cup of onions
1/2 cup of peppers
1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 table spoons of turmeric
1 teaspoon of black pepper
A pinch of crushed red peppers-optional
3 packages of Raw sugar-optional
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 table spoon of Himalayan salt

Pre-heat oven to 400. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then coat with coconut oil or olive oil. Add beyond or gardian crumbles and field roast sausage. Cook for 10 minutes and then add peppers, onions, sundried tomatoes, garlic and all seasonings. Add spinach and plum tomatoes. Add tomato sauce and ricotta, cheeses and mix it up.

Use medium size pot and boil water at a medium-high. Add olive oil and a pinch of salt in water. Once it comes to a boil then add ziti noodles-Follow directions on box. Once your noodles are done mix them in skillet and stir. Add noodles in baking pan and spread evenly. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Take cover off and bake until its golden and bubbly. Take out oven, serve and enjoy!
