1lb rotisserie chick shredded
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream
1 egg for egg wash
1 sheet of Pillsbury puff pastry
⅓ cup sliced carrots
⅓ cup peas (frozen)
⅓ cup corn
½ yellow onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1tsp sage
1tsp rosemary
1tsp thyme
Salt/pepper to taste
2 T of olive oil

Directions:
In large pot heat olive oil, onion and garlic until soft, add remaining ingredients. Simmer until sauce thickens, add flour slurry if needs thickening. Add mix to 12x12 baking pan. Roll puff pastry to size and top the mixture with puff pastry. Brush egg wash over crust and top with salt and pepper. Cut “X” shape in the middle of crust and bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
