1 lb ground lamb
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, diced
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground allspice
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine lamb through salt. Form into 8 patties (slider size).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb patties and cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook 3 minutes on second side.

Serve with couscous and tabbouleh.

You can use beef instead of lamb. But either way, the house will smell amazing and the taste is pure Moroccan!
