3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
3 c packages coleslaw
16 frozen fish sticks
8 6-inch corn tortillas
1 avocado, pealed and sliced

Preheat oven to 425 F.

In a large bowl, mix sour cream through salt until smooth. Mix in coleslaw. Put in fridge.

Arrange fish sticks on a cookie sheet. Bake 27 minutes or until crisp. Heat tortillas according to package.

Serve 2 fish sticks per tortilla, with a heap of coleslaw and slices of avocado.

I love fish tacos! This is fast way to copycat street tacos. Increase or decrease cayenne pepper to change the heat.
