Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups diced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. can Rotel, drained
12 slices Cheddar cheese
12 dinner rolls

Glaze:
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x13 dish with Pam. Cook ground beef in skillet with onions. Add garlic and dry seasonings as you cook. When beef is browned, drain any grease and return to skillet. Add Rotel and stir well. Place bottom half of buns in prepared pan. Top with beef mixture, then sliced cheese. Finish off with top half of the buns. Mix all ingredients for the glaze in a sauce pan over medium heat until melted and smooth. Pour over the buns. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes - or refrigerate overnight before baking, which makes them a little messy but the flavor is better!
