Place in a food processor, pulse for 20 seconds until ingredients are chopped but not pureed:
10 green olives
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 cup parsley
1 whole poblano pepper (remove seeds and ribs)
1/2 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
1/3 cup red clam sauce
2/3 cup V8 juice

Pour mixture into large bowl and fold in:
1/3 cup clam sauce
2/3 cup V8 juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
28 ounce can diced tomatoes (drained)
salt to taste
1 pound cooked shrimp
1 pound lump crabmeat
5 chopped avocados

Directions:

Prepare mixture a day before. Add shrimp and crab the day of. Refrigerate. Add avocados right before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

This is a wonderful and easy appetizer to make. Use 2 pounds of shrimp if you want to skip using crabmeat. Use one cup of Clamato juice instead of clam sauce and V8 juice if you can find it.
