4-6 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed (fry whole w/ lemon pepper & oil)
12-16 oz. bag twisted noodle, cooked (cork-screw)
1 bunch green onions, minced
1 red, yellow & green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. spinach leaves
4-6 oz. sliced almonds coated w/ ¼ c. sugar
*on med-high heat, melt sugar onto almonds until lightly brown. Stir constantly. Before you take off pan, add a pinch of sugar over top.

DRESSING:
¼ c. sesame seed
⅓ c. red wine vinegar
½ c. canola oil
¼ tsp. salt & pepper
½ c. fresh parsley
⅓ c. soy sauce
3 Tbs. sugar
