1 brisket
2 yellow onion
1 bag small red potatoes
1 bag baby carrots
2 large cans cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes French onion soup mix
Tony chacheres
1 cup black coffee (optional)
Large aluminum roast pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Trim desired amount of fat off brisket and discard. Place brisket in aluminum pan. Lightly season with tony chacheres. Pour both cans of cream of mushroom soup over brisket. Sprinkle both packs of French onion soup mix over mushroom soup. Cut up onion and add spread it over top of everything. Pour black coffee over everything (helps tenderize) Add potatoes and carrots to where there’s room in pan. Cook in oven until tender, 4-6 hours depending on size. Cut brisket into slices and enjoy!
