1-2 lbs. chopped pork barbecue
1 large rotisserie chicken
6-8 diced potatoes (can use canned instead)
1 large onion, diced
2 cans cream style corn
1 single serving can V8 juice (Hot & Spicy if wanted)
1 quart stewed tomatoes
16 ozs. Johnny Harris barbecue sauce (any vinegar based sauce)
tomato juice
worcestershire sauce, to taste

Remove chicken meat from bones and chop. If using real potatoes, cook for 10 minutes in water and drain. Add all ingredients in large stock pot and simmer for at least 2 hours.
