3 Tbsp chili powder
2 1/2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp ground cumin
1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or more)

Mix all and put in a mason jar. Place masking tape on lid and write TACO SEASONING and the date. Will keep, in a dry location for 3 months. If you like it spicier, add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.

1 package of store-bought taco seasoning is 1 1/2 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning. But the homemade seasoning doesn't have all the nasty preservatives.
