2 refrigerated pizza dough
2 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing
6 oz shredded swiss cheese, divided
1 lb deli sliced pastrami
1/2 c sauerkraut
1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.

Roll out both pizza dough into circles. Place one in a greased pie tin, with the edges coming up like a pie crust. Spread dressing in bottom. Spread half the cheese in crust. Add all of the pastrami and then all of the sauerkraut. Spread the rest of the cheese over. Place the second pizza crust over and press the seems together. Cut 3 vents in top. Cover with foil and cook 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook 5-10 more minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool 10 minutes and then cut into 6 wedges.
