1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light syrup (Karo)
1 c. peanuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put the sugar and light syrup in a bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes until bubbling. With a wooden spoor stir in the peanuts, microwave 2-4 minutes until it turns light golden brown. Add the vanilla and butter, microwave 1 or 2 minutes more, until golden brown. Add soda and stir. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet. Cool and break into pieces.
