2 Tbsp. melted butter
¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
½ c. finely grated parmesan cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2/3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c. mini pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 10" skillet with cooking spray or olive oil. Whisk together butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley and parmesan. Cut each biscuit in half and shape each half into a thin rectangle. Brush each piece with butter mixture. Then sprinkle lightly with mozzarella and pepperoni. Roll and pinch dough together to seal. Tie the dough into knots. Place knots in the skillet. Brush with remaining butter mixture onto dough and pepperoni. Bake until cheese is melted and the biscuits are cooked through. 18-20 minutes. Serve warm with marinara.
