1 can refried beans
1 16oz sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 c. green onions
2 medium fresh tomatoes
1 small can sliced olives
1 pkg Old Elpaso taco seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Make sure beans are soft enough to stir in ¼ of taco seasoning. Spread evenly on bottom of 8x8 dish. Mix ¾ of sour cream with the rest of the taco seasoning and spread on top of the beans evenly. Add a layer of cheese, onions, tomatoes. Add black olives and let chill.
