3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. chopped green chiles
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter, add flour & whisk into a thick paste. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chiles, salt & pepper.
Whisk for 5 minutes until smooth & warm.
Pour over enchiladas & top with shredded cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
