1 cup macaroni
3 Tbls. margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups of milk
1 cup grated cheddar (4 oz. block)
1 Tbls. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender.

Make sauce:
melt margarine in double boiler. Stir in flour, mustard, salt & pepper.

Add Worcestershire sauce, milk and onion. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Add grated cheese and stir until melted.

Combine sauce and macaroni. Put into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until brown.
