FRUIT CENTERPIECE - two-three of following:

1 qt strawberries
2-3 cups pineapple cut into 1/2 inch pieces
grapes, blueberries, raspberries, or melon

VEGGIE CENTERPIECE - two or three of following:
grape tomatoes
English cucumber (better because of small seeds) cut into 1/2 inch quarters,
mushrooms

Cheese- any mild or sharp cheese, such as cheddar, Swiss, muenster or jack

1 medium sized orange

box of frilly toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut end of orange - naval side, so orange can stand independently without tipping, and place on large oval, or round dish.

Skewer fruits or veggies, alternating them, add 1 piece of cheese on each toothpick, leaving enough room to pierce into orange.

Pierce orange with toothpick, starting at bottom and working around, and up. Additional toothpicks can be
placed on plate.
