10 habaneros
1/4 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 Maggi cubes, if available

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pull off the stems from the habaneros.
2. Put habaneros, onion, and garlic with a little water in a blender. Blend until it is pureed.
3. Put puree in a small saucepan and cook on medium-low until holes form in the puree.
4. Pour puree into a small bowl. Add vegetable oil and Maggi cubes. Mix until combined.
5. Serve on the side or mix into dishes as desired.
