Toasted Pecans Recipe

1 Tbsp water
1 large egg white, separated (use white only)
1 lb pecan halves
brown sugar
c cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 300.
2. Beat egg white and water until light and frothy (foamy).
3. Place pecan halves in egg white mixture.
4. Place cinnamon and sugar in large Ziploc bag and mix well.
5. Remove pecans from egg white mixture with a slotted spoon and place in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
6. Close bag and shake pecans until fully coated.
7. Place on a cookie sheet pan that is lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes. Pecans should be light to medium brown.

Once cooled, store in Ziploc bag.
