Ingredients: 1 stick butter 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 med onion, chopped 2 bags stuffing mix - 1 big bag and 1 small bag 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans cream of celery soup 2 cans chicken broth

Directions:1. Simmer celery and onion with butter for ½ hour with continued stirring so it doesn’t stick. 2. Let cool a little then mix stuffing, onion, celery, and a little water to moisten and let cool completely. 3. Roll into balls the size of a quarter. 4. Mix soups in the crockpot and stir. 5. Drop balls into crockpot. 6. Heat in crockpot 2- 3 hrs before serving. |

Notes: If starting crockpock in morning with intent to serve in the evening, turn crockpot on high and let heat until you put the liquid in; then cook on medium for 2 hours. Then set to low to keep warm. If you crockpot overnight, set on low.
