3/4 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 T. butter.
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pinch ground nutmeg
Single crust

In a saucepan bring honey to boil. Quickly beat eggs into the honey. Add butter, vanilla, nuts & nutmeg. Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 325 for 25 min or until set (test with knife)
