6 eggs, whisked
1 c flour
1 c. milk
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
3 T butter

fresh fruit
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in oven in 9x13 pan. Mix all other ingredients & pour into pan with melted butter. bake, uncovered, until puffed and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Remove pancake from oven. Dust with confectioners' sugar; serve immediately with syrup and, if desired, fresh fruit.
