5 c white sugar
2½ c red peppers, chopped
1¼ c green peppers, chopped
¼ c jalapano peppers, chopped
1 c apple cider
½ tsp margarine

1 pkg powder pectin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil all ingredients (except pectin) until peppers soften.
2. Prepare pectin as directed on package for making jelly.
3. Prep your jelly jars - boil jars, lids and rings for secure sealing.
