1 can refried beans
1 pkg taco mix
1 can green chilies, drained
1 can Rotel
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In 8x8 pan, layer the following:
* Layer 1 - Spread beans on bottom of pan, sprinkle taco mix on beans, spread green chilies and Rotel on top of bean mixture
* Layer 2 - put onion and green pepper on top of the green chilies
* Layer 3 - spread cream cheese on top of the onions and green pepper layer
* Layer 4 - cover the vegetables with 8 oz shredded cheese. I use the taco mixture cheese.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
