Mashed potatoes (enough to make 1½" layer in 9x13 casserole)
1 lb lean ground beef
12 oz tomato sauce
1 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Spray casserole with Pam and layer potatoes.
3. Brown ground beef, drain, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add tomato sauce and olives to beef mixture and spread over mashed potatoes.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese (add more if you like).
6. Bake until till hot and bubbly.
