4 chicken breast halves
3 tsps. chicken bouillon
1 package carrots
1/2 package celery
2 to 3 cans of chicken broth
Escarole (3/4 of a head)
Romano cheese (to taste)
1/2 bag egg noodles
3 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken and save the chicken juice.

2. Let chicken cool, and cut into small bite-size pieces.

3. Add bouillon and water to chicken juice.

4. Cut up carrots and celery into bite-sized pieces and add to juice.

5. Add desired amount of Romano cheese.

6. Break escarole into pieces and add to soup along with egg noodles and chicken pieces about seven minutes before you are ready to serve.

7. Top with Romano cheese.
