1/4 cup minced fresh parsley......use Italian parsley...
1/4 cup minced fresh basil...
1 t dry mustard...
2 t Dijon mustard...
1 t kosher salt....
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper...
1/4 cup good olive oil...
Juice of 1 lemon, seeds and all...
2 pounds of jumbo shrimp, 16 to 20, peeled, tails left on and deveined....

Combine parsley, basil, mustards, salt, pepper olive oil and lemon juice...stir well....
Add the shrimp and allow them to marinate for at least 2 hours at room temperature and then refrigerate until ready to use........you can let them marinate overnight in fridge, covered...
Prepare grill, hot coals and brush the grids, grilling rack, with olive oil...
Skewer the shrimp 4 or 6, to each skewer and grill each side for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side, DO NOT OVERCOOK, THEY WILL BE TOUGH!
