1 1/2 pound(s) cube steak
1/2 cup(s) flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 pinch(es) pepper
1 large egg
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) cooking oil
32 ounce(s), weight Ragu Homestyle spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup(s) olive oil
2 cup(s) grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup(s) breadcrumbs

1/2 cup(s) dry breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small shallow dish.
In another dish, combine egg and milk; in a third dish combine breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Combine oils in a large skillet and heat.
Dip meat in egg and milk mixture and coat with flour mixture, then coat with bread crumbs and cheese mixture.
Brown meat in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9" x 13" x 2" baking dish.
Place meat in the baking dish.
Spoon additional sauce over meat to just cover the meat.
Sprinkle meat with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with spaghetti and remaining Ragu Spaghetti Sauce.
