Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3 oz. pkg. lemon-flavored Jello
Boiling water
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 3 oz. pkg. raspberry-flavored Jello
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, drained
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 8 oz. can of crushed pineapple

To make just a lemon fluff, omit the frozen raspberry Jello & frozen raspberries and Step 2. The fluff by itself is really good. Chill in a serving bowl and cover in refrigerator.

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, stir in lemon Jello and 2 cups boiling water until Jello is completely dissolved. Stir in marshmallows; set aside.
2) In medium bowl, stir raspberry Jello and 1 1/3 cup boiling water until Jello is completely dissolved. Add frozen raspberries; stir until raspberries are thawed. Pour into 8-cup (or Tupperware) mold. Refrigerate until set, not firm, about 20 to 30 minutes.
3) In small bowl using mixer at medium speed, beat the cream cheese smooth. Gradually beat in heavy cream; continue beating until thick and fluffy.
4) Place bowl of lemon gelatin mixture in large bowl of ice cubes and water. Stir until gelatin is slightly thick.
5) Stir in undrained pineapple; fold in cream cheese mixture. Spoon over raspberry layer and cover. (There will be extra - just put in a bowl with a seal.) Refrigerate until firm. Unmold.
