1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup soda crackers, crushed
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Glaze:
1/3 cup catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Form into loaf in a sprayed loaf pan. Mix the glaze ingredients together and top the meat loaf. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 1 hr. 15. min.
