2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon white pepper (or to taste)
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon paste (or to taste)
2 Tablespoons dried minced onion (can use fresh minced)
1 1/2 cups half and half
Dash red pepper sauce
1/2 pound raw shrimp (can use lobster)
6 oz crab meat (rinse if canned) lump crab
2 Tablespoons cooking sherry or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat.

Add flour, salt, pepper and cook roux.

Add half of the 1/2 and 1/2 and shrimp.

Cook until shrimp is half pink.

Add remaining ingredients and heat through until thick, never boiling.

Optional: add 2 tsp (or to taste) Old Bay Seasoning.
