1 1/2 pounds ground chicken or turkey (lean beef can be used.)
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 peanut sauce
1 medium cucumber seeded and chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup torn fresh mint
Pepper
12 large Boston lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a large skillet and drain. add both sauces, Heat through.

Just before serving add cucumber, carrots and torn mint; toss gently.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with lettuce leaves and your favorite peanut sauce.
