1 pound cubed meat (I use chicken or pork)
1 sack frozen oriental vegetables
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup teriyaki
1/4 hot red hot sauce (Durkees is good, Tabasco is to hot)
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1/2 cup peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, sauté the meat 5 minutes.

Add veggies and sauté 5 minutes.

Add water, teriyaki, hot sauce and gravy mix.

Cook to thicken and add peanuts.

Bonus!!! I like to use left over cooked turkey or pork roast.
