1 store bought angel food cake
1 8-ounce sour cream
1 small (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding, prepare as directed
1 quart fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 package store bought strawberry glaze (optional) This is found in the produce section during the spring and summer.

Tear cake into pieces and place in 9X13 inch dish. Mix sour cream with prepared pudding. Pour over cake chunks. Mix strawberries and glaze; pour over pudding. OR sprinkle strawberries with 2 tablespoons sugar. Refrigerate 15 minutes until syrup forms. Pour this mixture over pudding. Refrigerate.

Diabetic variation: Use sugar free instant pudding. Omit sugar or use sugar free glaze.
