6 eggs
2 cups sugar
Dash salt
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Pint Cream
1/3 teaspoon lemon or a touch of lemon extract
1 gal milk fill to top of dasher mark

Directions:

Beat eggs well

Add all except cream and milk

Beat thoroughly

Add cream and heat a little bit

Put in an ice cream freezer and fill not quite to the top with milk
