Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 2 1/2 to 3 pound lean pork roast
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
* 5 cloves minced garlic
* 1/3 cup prepared mustard
* 1 Tbsp "bam" spice ( recipe in This & That section)
or sub your favorite spice
* 1/2 cup chili sauce
* 1/3 cup chicken broth
* 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
* 12 sandwich buns

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fat from pork roast. Either brown the pork in a fry pan or grill the roast on a barbecue grill , until nicely browned.
Spray the inside of a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut the pork roast into chunks across the grain so that when cooked and pulled apart the meat strands will be about 1 1/2 " long.
Place the chunks of pork in the slow cooker in a neatly packed fashion.
In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, mix well and pour over the pork. It is best to pour some of the sauce on top of each layer of meat as you fill the cooker.
Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or until meat can be pulled apart easily with a fork.
Remove meat from the cooker and pull it apart with two forks . Put the shredded meat back in the cooker and mix well with the juices.
Serve pork on buns.
Hints: Serve sandwiches topped with a table spoon of creamy coleslaw.
You can cook and shred the pork the day ahead, cover and refrigerate it, and on the day of the meal reheat in a sauce pan.
A six quart slow pot will hold close to 10 Lbs. of meat.
