Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 4 turkey thighs (2 to3 Lbs.) skin and bone removed
* 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
* 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
* 1/4 cup prepared mustard
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1/3 cup chili sauce
* 5 cloves of minced garlic
* 1/3 cup chicken broth
* 1 Tbsp "bam" spice (recipe is in This & That Section)
or sub your favorite spice
* 12 sandwich buns

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the turkey in the cooker. In a bowl combine all the other ingredients, mix well and pour over the turkey. It is best to pour some of the sauce on each layer of turkey as you fill the cooker.Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the meat can be pulled apart with two forks.
Remove the turkey from the cooker and remove any bones that were added to the cooker for flavoring the sauce... Shred the meat with two forks and return the meat to the cooker and mix well with the juices. Serve on buns.
Hints:
You can cook and shred the turkey the day before and refrigerate.
On the day of the meal put the meat and sauce in a sauce pan and reheat prior to serving. If the meat mixture is to dry add chicken broth during the reheating.
Serve sandwiches topped with a tablespoon of creamy coleslaw for added flavor.
A 6 quart slow cooker will hold 8 to 10 turkey thighs , depending on size and how they are cut to fit in the pot. Cut the meat on each thigh along each side of the bone. This makes it easier to pack.
Be sure to cook some of the bones for the flavor they add to the meat.
