4 Eggs
¾ C. Milk
¾ C. Flour
1 T. Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF

Mix eggs, milk, flour, 1T. sugar and salt in medium bowl. Melt 2T butter and pout into 10" deep dish pie plate. Tilt plate to coat sides, then pour batter in. Bake for 20 mins or until set and crust is brown (Don't open oven door during baking time)

Spoon apple mix into pancake. Cut pancake into wedges to serve. Top with syrup.

5 lg. Cooking Apples, peeled, cored, sliced
⅔ C. Sugar
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
⅛ tsp. Nutmeg
⅓ C. Margarine
1 Grated Lemon Rind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat butter, lemon juice and rind a large skillet until bubbly.

Sauté apples until tender (3-5 minutes)
